David C. Gagne , born in Salisbury, Maryland attended the University of Delaware where he recieved his B.A. in 1988 and the Delaware Law School of Widener University where he recieved a J.D., Cum Laude in 1992. David was a member of Phi Delta Pi. He was admitted to the Bar in 1992, and to the Delaware, U.S. District Court, District of Delaware and U.S. Court of Appeals. David is a member of the Delaware and American Bar Associations and the Delaware Trial Lawyer Association. He is a principal of the law firm of Woloshin, Lynch, Natalie & Gagne, P.A.
