James A. Natalie was born in Middletown, Connecticut, attended Weslyan University where he received his B.A. in 1968 and the University of Virginia School of Law where he received a J.D. in 1971. He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1971, the Connecticut Bar in 1972, and the Delaware Bar in 1977. James worked for the Federal Trade Commission from 1971 to 1972, was an assistant Prosecutor in Middlesex County, Connecticut, from 1972 to 1975, served as the Director of the Middlesex County Legal Services Office from 1975 to 1977. He moved to Delaware in 1977 and served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware from 1977 to 1980, an Assistant Public Defender for the State of Delaware from 1980 to 1981, and has been an associate, member and principal of Woloshin, Lynch, Natalie & Gagne, P.A. since 1981. He is a member of the Virginia, Connecticut, and Delaware Bar Associations, as well as the American Bar Association and National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

Jim’s practice is focused primarily on the defense of DUI, traffic, felony, misdemeanor and juvenile offenders in all the courts of Delaware.
