Melvyn A. Woloshin , born in Brooklyn, New York, attended the University of Delaware where he recieved his B.A. in 1962 and the Brooklyn Law School where he recieved a J.D. in 1965. He was admitted to the Bar in 1965, the Delaware Bar in 1966. Was admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Delaware in 1969, the U.S. Supreme Court in 1980, the U.S. Court of Appeals, third court in 1993 and Colorado in 1993. Member of the Delaware State, American Bar Association and Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. He is a principal of the law firm of Woloshin, Lynch, Natalie & Gagne, P.A.

Melyvn's area of practice includes Real Estate Law, Commerical Law, Wills, Estates, Probate, Estate Planning, Transactions, Collections, and Formation of Corporations.
