William P. Brady was born in Wilmington, Delaware and attended Goldey-Beacom College, where he received his B.A. in 1991, and the Widener University School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 1994. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in December, 1994, the Delaware Bar in June, 1995 and the Pennsylvania Bar in July, 1996. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, where he is the current Secretary of the Real and Personal Property Section and the immediate past Chair of the Small Firms and Solo Practitioners Section. He is also a frequent speaker at Real Estate related Continuing Legal Education seminars in Delaware and serves on a committee formed by the Delaware Justice of the Peace Court that has planned and presented a series of informational seminars for self-represented litigants in Landlord/Tenant matters within that Court system.
